Children's Environmental

Health Laboratory- UCB

About the Laboratory
The Children's Environmental Health Laboratory at the University of California Berkeley conducts research in molecular epidemiology, epigenetics and children’s health to study how the environment impacts health and explore intricate molecular mechanisms of developmental origin of human disease. We analyze biomarkers of obesity, oxidative stress, and inflammation as well as functional genomics and developmental epigenomics. Dr. Nina Holland, staff, and graduate and undergraduate students collaborate with the UCSF, Stanford University, Public Health Institute, UC Merced, CDC and other academic institutions.
